Maribel Morales

Maribel Morales, MBA, is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience in benefits and leaves administration. Currently a Manager at Co-op Solutions since September 2017, Maribel has held various positions including Supervisor and Senior Analyst within the same organization. Prior to this role, Maribel worked at JM Hardwood Floors as a Human Resources Generalist, where responsibilities included developing HR policies, compliance coaching, and implementing performance review processes.
