Jesse M. has a diverse work experience in the field of software engineering and technology support. Jesse started their career as a Quality Assurance Intern at CU Direct in July 2014, where they focused on verifying application functionality and collaborating with software designers and developers to meet requirements. Jesse then moved on to become a Software Development Intern in February 2015, contributing to the development of web and mobile applications using various programming languages.
After their internships, Jesse progressed to become a Software Developer at CU Direct in July 2015. In this role, they were responsible for developing new features for the company's lending software, including web service integration, back end development, and UI development. Jesse later took on the role of Software Engineer II in December 2016, enhancing and developing new features for the Lending 360 software, with a focus on third-party service integration and back end development.
Since February 2019, Jesse has been working as a Software Engineer III at CU Direct, continuing their work on enhancing and developing new features for Lending 360.
Prior to their work at CU Direct, Jesse served as a Lead Apple Certified Macintosh Technician at Cal Poly Pomona Foundation, Inc. from September 2012 to July 2014. In this role, they were responsible for diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing computer hardware, software, and networking issues. Jesse also managed and maintained multiple servers and created graphics and marketing materials for the organization.
Jesse M. obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona, where they attended from 2010 to 2015. In January 2013, Jesse also obtained a certification as an Apple Certified Macintosh Technician from Apple.
