Tom Mercer

Tom Mercer has a diverse work experience in various roles within the finance and mortgage industry. Tom is currently working as a Product Manager for Origence (Formerly CU Direct) since February 2021. In this role, they are responsible for managing enhancements to the Enterprise Fulfillment Portal of Origence, which is a complete end-to-end Mortgage Loan Origination System (MLOS).

Prior to their current role, Tom worked at Mitchell International from December 2018 to January 2021 as a Product Manager. Before that, they briefly served as a Customer Success Manager at Mitchell International from April 2018 to December 2018.

In 2016, Tom joined First Cal as a Senior Loan Officer, where they worked until March 2017. Before that, they worked as a Mortgage Consultant at BofI Federal Bank from March 2015 to December 2015.

From 2006 to 2014, Tom worked at Mortgage Capital Associates as a Senior Loan Officer. Tom also had a brief role as a Branch Manager at Green Tree Financial/GMAC Mortgage from August 2012 to May 2013.
