Jackie Klee SHRM-SCP is an accomplished Human Resources professional with extensive experience across various organizations. Currently serving as the Human Resources Director at Cuba Libre Restaurant & Rum Bar since June 2020, Jackie provides HR strategy, employee relations, and conducts internal investigations. Previous roles include Human Resources Manager (Contract) at GrayHair Software, where day-to-day HR operations and employee relations were managed, and Owner of HR Consulting - Jackie Klee, delivering comprehensive HR support to companies in the Greater Philadelphia area. Other notable positions include overseeing talent management and organizational development at ING DIRECT and project management at The University of Western Ontario. Jackie holds HR certification from Penn State Great Valley and a BA in Classical Studies from Western University, along with additional education from Fanshawe College and Waterloo Oxford D.S.S.
