Donghoon Kim

Donghoon (Daniel) Kim is a seasoned engineer with substantial experience in process engineering, particularly in the lithium and silicon anode sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Process Engineer at Cuberg since June 2022, Donghoon focuses on lithium metal cell assembly. Prior roles include Process Engineer III at Group14 Technologies, where Donghoon managed the production of silicon anodes and played a key role in commissioning manufacturing equipment. Earlier experience includes various engineering positions at Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard, SK Innovation, and a service in the US Navy, where Donghoon managed construction projects and ensured operational efficiency. Donghoon holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Southern California.
