Tara Foroozan

Tara Foroozan is a Senior R&D Scientist at Cuberg since August 2023, with a strong background in battery engineering and materials science. Previously, Tara held positions as Senior Battery Engineer and Tech Lead Anode at Sakuu, and as an Application Engineer at SUSS MicroTec, focusing on photomask processing equipment. Tara's academic experience includes a PhD in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Illinois at Chicago, where research involved lithium-metal batteries and microfabrication techniques, complemented by a Master's degree in Materials Science and Engineering. Additional internships at ASML and Razi Metallurgical Research Center contributed to expertise in materials characterization and mechanical properties testing.
