Aaron Nighswander is an experienced professional with a strong background in human resources and management. Currently serving as General Manager at CubeSmart since April 2018, Aaron has developed staffing schedules and provided training to enhance team performance and store operations. Previously, as Human Resources Manager at Toys"R"Us, Inc., Aaron managed multi-site recruitment and HR processes for the Triangle market.
