Alexis Johnston

Alexis Johnston, MBA, SHRM-SCP has a diverse work experience in the field of Human Resources. They have worked as the Head of HRIS at CubeSmart since 2023. Prior to that, they worked as a Human Resources Consultant at Padula Engineering Company starting in 2021. From 2022 to 2023, Alexis served as the Director, People & Culture at Griswold Home Care, where they managed HR operations for corporate and company-owned offices while also providing consulting services to franchise locations. They also worked as the Director, People Operations at Helping Hands Family from 2020 to 2022, overseeing the HR functions for a group of ABA behavioral clinics. Earlier in their career, Alexis held positions such as Human Resources Manager and Senior Human Resources Generalist at IVI RMA GLOBAL, HR Business Partner and HR Generalist at Axia Women's Health, and Human Resources Assistant and Intern at Evesham Township. They also served in roles related to volunteerism and community engagement at Rowan University.

Alexis Johnston holds an MBA in Management from Rowan University, which they obtained from 2013 to 2015. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Rowan University from 2011 to 2013. Alexis also holds an Associate's degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences/Liberal Studies from Rowan College at Burlington County, which they obtained in 2011. Additionally, they have received various certifications including the Workplace Mental Health Ally from Psych Hub and the Veterans At Work Certificate from SHRM in 2023. In 2022, Alexis obtained the Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt Certification from the Six Sigma Global Institute, and they also hold the SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certification, which they obtained in May 2022.
