J. Paul Lynch, CCISO, CISSP-ISSMP, CCSP has had a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of information security. J. Paul is currently serving as the Director of Information Security (CISO) at CubeSmart, where they have established a cyber security governance program and implemented cost-effective solutions to enhance payment card industry compliance. Prior to this, they worked as the Director of Data Security and Privacy at the American Board of Internal Medicine, where they developed information security governance policies and directed the organization's data security and privacy strategy. In addition, they have experience as a partner at Coyote Technical Services, where they provided IT solutions and consulting services, as well as an Information Security Officer at Unisys, where they managed security services for both private and public sector clients. J. Paul has also held roles as the owner of Lynchpin MIS, Director of Infrastructure & Risk Management at Lenox, Director of Application Development at Inforocket.com, Director of Technology at IllusionFusion Interactive, and Webmaster at United Media. Throughout their career, J. Paul Lynch has demonstrated expertise in risk management, project management, and technology leadership.

J. Paul Lynch, CCISO, CISSP-ISSMP, CCSP obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Computer Information Systems from Thomas Edison State University in 2018. Prior to that, they attended The Hun School of Princeton. Lynch holds several certifications including Certified Cloud Security Professional (CCSP), Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Chief Information Security Officer (C|CISO), and Information Systems Security Management Professional (CISSP-ISSMP). J. Paul also has additional certifications in Rescue Diving and Snort Certified Professional (SNORTCP).
