Chris Wortmann has a diverse work experience in talent management, performance management, and learning and development. Chris most recently served as a Senior Director of Talent Management at Cubic Corporation. Prior to that, they held various roles at Sealed Air Corporation, including Director of Global Performance Management and People Analytics, and Director of Global Talent and Performance. Chris also has experience in HR business partnering and talent development at Purdue Pharma L.P. and has worked in learning and development at Diageo. Earlier in their career, they worked in organizational development and research roles at the Leadership Research Institute and Connecticut Children and Family Center. Chris began their career as a Human Resources Intern at Global Capacity Group.

Chris Wortmann completed a B.A. in Psychology at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln from 2002 to 2007. Later, from 2008 to 2010, they pursued an M.A. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology at the University of New Haven. Additionally, Chris has obtained various certifications, including the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) Certification from the HR Certification Institute in 2017 and certifications in topics such as data science, AI, strategic thinking, and customer-centric culture from LinkedIn and Coursera. They also hold a Brooks Talent Index Certification from The Brooks Group.
