Freddy Paquian

Freddy Paquian is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and human resources. Currently serving as the Senior Global Talent Acquisition Manager at Cubic Corporation since April 2013, Freddy has progressed through roles including Global Talent Acquisition Manager and Senior Recruiter within the organization. Prior experience includes working as a Corporate Recruiter at NAES Corporation, which specializes in Operation & Maintenance services for power plants, and a decade in the US Navy, where Freddy held the position of Regional Manager/Trainer at the Navy Recruiting Command after serving as a Missile Technician on several submarines. Freddy holds a Master’s Degree in Organizational Leadership from Azusa Pacific University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management Administration from Columbia College, California.
