Michelle Berg

Michelle Berg is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in compliance and research roles, currently serving as a Senior Export Compliance Analyst at Cubic Corporation since July 2021. Prior to this position, Michelle held the role of Trade and ITAR Compliance Officer at NanoSonic, Inc. from May 2013 to July 2021, where responsibilities included serving as Compliance Administrator and leading R&D programs to advance products for the Department of Defense, NASA, and commercial platforms. Michelle's career at NanoSonic began in 2003 as a Research Scientist and Program Manager, following an earlier role as a Visiting Instructor in Chemistry at the College of William and Mary. Michelle's research expertise also includes a position as a Research Scientist at A.E. Staley Manufacturing Corporation. Michelle earned a B.S. in Textile Chemistry from Virginia Tech between 1985 and 1990.
