Heather Justice

Heather Justice has a wide range of work experience spanning over several decades. Heather has held various HR leadership positions in multinational companies. Their most recent role was as Human Resources Director at Cubico Sustainable Investments starting in 2023. Prior to that, they served as Head of Global HR Business Partnering at Ocorian from 2021 to 2023, where they implemented new service line structures and delivered organizational efficiencies. Heather also worked as the Human Resources Director at TMF Group from 2016 to 2021, leading HR and organizational change efforts across different regions. Before that, they held several positions at Shell International, including Global Change Manager and Downstream Change Manager, where they led global change initiatives and managed a team of IT change consultants. Additionally, they have worked at BHP Billiton, ExxonMobil, Mobil Oil, and Ford Motor Company in various HR roles. Overall, Heather has significant experience in HR leadership, organizational design, change management, and employee engagement.

Heather Justice holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Law and Social Studies from the University of Exeter. Heather also completed the Shell Global Leadership Programme at IMD. Additionally, Heather has pursued a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Occupational Psychology from Birkbeck, University of London.
