Cédric Havermans has several years of work experience in various roles and industries. Cédric worked at Cubigo as the Implementation Team Lead, where they led the implementation of their fully customizable platform for Senior Living communities. Prior to this, they served as the Business Operations Manager at Cubigo, responsible for digitizing non-clinical services and increasing staff efficiency.

Before joining Cubigo, Cédric worked at BNP Paribas Fortis as a Target Analyst, where they planned and implemented campaigns to optimize customer satisfaction and campaign efficiency. Cédric achieved a 10% increase in customer satisfaction and a 15% increase in campaign efficiency.
