Victor SALINIÉ

Victor Salinié started their work experience at Agiscom Groupe in April 2015 as an HR Assistant. Victor then worked at Festo France as an HR Assistant from September 2015 to August 2016, where they were responsible for recruitment, professional training, and employee integration. Victor joined CENPAC in September 2016 and served as an HR Assistant until August 2018. In this role, they managed personnel administration, payroll, temporary workers, recruitment, training, disciplinary matters, and conducted HR studies. Since October 2018, Victor has been working at Cubyn, where they initially held the position of HR Business Partner until December 2020. In this role, they handled personnel administration, payroll management, and recruitment. Currently, they are working as an HR Manager at Cubyn, with responsibilities including personnel administration, payroll, and recruitment.

Victor SALINIÉ completed their education as follows:

- From 2016 to 2018, they attended Campus Eductive Paris and obtained a Master's degree in Human Resources.

- Prior to that, they studied at Université de Picardie Jules Verne (Amiens) from 2013 to 2016, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources and Law.

- In 2012 and 2013, they attended Maurice Rondeau and obtained a Baccalauréat scientifique (Scientific Baccalaureate).
