Hani Sabbagh

Hani Sabbagh has over 30 years of work experience in the energy and engineering industry. Hani began their career in 1991 as General Manager/Partner at Midest International LB, where they managed a portfolio of projects totaling 95 million USD. From 2003 to 2006, they worked as Project Manager at TRANSCO, leading and managing 400/220/132/11kV power transmission substations and associated cables projects with a budget of 5.8 billion AED. In 2006, they moved to Hill International, Inc. as MEP Manager, and in 2009, they took on the role of Projects Director at Amplex Emirates LLC, where they turned around an underperforming AED 2-billion project division. From 2013 to 2014, they were Vice President Middle East Operations at ENEKIO, leading business operations and growth of three organizations. Finally, from 2014 to 2022, they worked at KC engineering and industry as VP offshore operations, and currently holds the position of Regional Head at Cuculus GmbH.

Hani Sabbagh obtained a Bachelor of Engineering - BE in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from Beirut Arab University between 1985 and 1990. In 1989, they obtained their B.Sc in Telecommunication & Electronics from the same institution. In 2005, they obtained Leadership Skills from IEEE. Finally, in 2006, they obtained their PMP from the Project Management Institute.
