Kristi Pihl

Kristi Pihl is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in management consulting and technology integration. Currently serving as Principal at Cuesta Partners since April 2023, Kristi focuses on enabling companies to leverage technology for competitive advantage. As the Owner and Founder of Twigge since February 2020, Kristi has established an eCommerce platform offering book rental services nationwide. Previously, Kristi held the position of COO at Pipeline Equity, where responsibilities included overseeing a Human Capital Management SaaS platform. Kristi also spent four years as a Management Consulting Principal at Liberty Advisor Group, specializing in growth strategies for B2B SaaS products. Earlier experience includes roles at The Newton Group and Diamond Management & Technology Consultants, alongside a research appointment at the Nagoya Institute of Technology supported by a National Science Foundation grant. Kristi holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering and a Certificate in Product Design from Northwestern University.
