Antoine Grelet

Antoine Grelet is an experienced professional in the foodservice and culinary industry with a strong background in operations and management. Currently serving as Managing Director Asia at Cuisine Solutions since August 2016, Antoine has successfully led the establishment of a new plant in Thailand, overseeing operational costs, quality control, and safety measures. Prior to this, Antoine held the position of Director at APHG, focusing on strategic consulting for foodservice, and contributed as a Culinary Teacher at Escola Alain Ducasse Estacio. Antoine's extensive operational experience includes managing over 200 staff at Noah Gastronomia Grupo Chieko Aoki and opening Brazil's first sous vide facility at Cuisine Solutions. Antoine's education includes certificates in Product Management from Singapore Management University and executive education in entrepreneurship from Insper Instituto de Ensino e Pesquisa.
