Fabrice Guinchard

Fabrice Guinchard is an experienced culinary professional, currently serving as the Director of Bakery Innovation, Research & Development at Cuisine Solutions since June 2023. Prior experience includes a long tenure at Bridor from August 2010 to June 2023, where Fabrice held multiple positions such as Corporate Executive Chef and Technical Sales Manager for Food Service and Retail in Canada. From January 2001 to June 2010, Fabrice managed an R&D center as Institute Director at Farinex, overseeing demonstrations of major food manufacturing lines. Previous roles also include Corporate Chef at Ravifruit and Institute Director at Les Compagnons du Devoir, where Fabrice honed skills in the culinary arts, culminating in a Brevet de maîtrise Européen in Patisserie between 1991 and 1995.
