Doug Tracy has extensive experience in the cooperative sector, currently serving as a Board Member for Touchstone Energy® Cooperative, Inc. since February 2020 and as a Board Member for Meridian Cooperative since January 2024. Tracy has held the role of President & CEO and Manager of Administration at Cuivre River Electric Cooperative since November 2003. Previous positions include Senior Member Services Representative - Business Information Systems at NISC from February 1996 to November 2003 and Coordinator of Office Services and Accounting at Illinois Valley Electric Cooperative from March 1994 to February 1996. Education includes a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Harding University and a Master of Business Administration in Business Administration and Management from Lindenwood University.
