Katja Nettesheim

Co-Founder & CEO at Culcha

Katja Nettesheim is the co-founder and CEO of Culcha, a transformation app that makes employees change their behavior in accordance to strategy. Before Culcha, Katja was a professor at Steinbeis University and ESMT Berlin, a management and innovation school, and employed at Axel Springer, an international media company. Katja has also been recognized as a Digital Transformer of the Year Award winner. In addition to their work in the private sector, Katja has served on the Supervisory Board of the Börsenverein des Deutschen Buchhandels e.V. from October 2015 to December 2021 and several other companies, including CWS.

Katja is also a founder of _MEDIATE, a transformation consultancy, host of the podcast "Pioniere des Wandels" and Venture Partner at Texas Atlantic Capital.

Katja Nettesheim holds a degree in law from the Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München and a Licence en droit from the Université Panthéon Assas (Paris II). Katja also has certification from METAFORUM SommerCamp in Hypnosystemische Konzepte, from Culcha in "Zusammenarbeit 3.0", and from Metaforum SommerCamp GmbH in Resilienz durch Autosuggestion & Selbsthypnose.
