Joanne Sparks

Joanne Sparks has extensive work experience in HR and operations management. Joanne is currently working as the Head of HR at Culina Group Limited since October 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a People Partner at Gousto from September 2021 to September 2022. Joanne also served as an HR Business Partner at XPO Logistics, Inc. from January 2021 to June 2021. Joanne has a long history with Kuehne+Nagel, where they held various roles such as HR Business Partner Operational Excellence from January 2018 to January 2021, Talent Development Manager from July 2016 to December 2017, and HR Business Partner from June 2012 to July 2016. Joanne started their career at Kuehne + Nagel Drinks Logistics as a Change Manager from October 2009 to June 2012. Before that, Joanne worked as an Operations Manager at Kuehne + Nagel from January 2007 to October 2009. Joanne'searly career involved working as a Fleet Team Manager at Scottish & Newcastle from January 2004 to January 2007.

Joanne Sparks began their education in 1995 at Liverpool John Moores University where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Sports Science. Joanne successfully completed the program in 1998. In 2000, Joanne enrolled in the CIPD Core Management Programme at Liverpool College, finishing it in 2001. Following that, they returned to Liverpool John Moores University to obtain a Master of Philosophy degree in Exercise Physiology, which they completed in 2002. More recently, in 2014, Joanne attended CIPD and earned a CIPD Level 7 HRM qualification in the field of HR.
