Marta Bischèri

Marta Bischèri has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Marta began their career as a senior auditor at EY, where they focused on audit engagements for Italian corporations and subsidiaries of foreign corporations. Marta then joined Bulgari as an internal auditor for a brief period before returning to EY as a senior manager in assurance services. In this role, they conducted financial statements audits and integrated audits for large SEC, private, and multinational clients in various sectors. Marta later transitioned to EY's capital markets team, where they served as a senior manager assisting multinational groups in IPOs in the US and European stock markets. After their time at EY, Marta joined Whirlpool Corporation as a senior finance manager. In this role, they were responsible for the monthly consolidation process and reporting cycle for the EMEA consolidated financial statements. Marta also played a key role in managing technical accounting matters and supporting other finance functions. Currently, Marta serves as the senior finance director and EMEA controller at Culligan International.

Marta Bischèri completed their education with a high school diploma in foreign languages from Liceo Classico Statale Virgilio in the year 2000. Marta then pursued a Master's Degree in Economics, International Institutions, and Public Administration from Università degli studi Roma TRE, which they completed from 2001 to 2006. In 2023, they attended the Advent Leadership Academy at Harvard Business School. Additionally, Marta obtained a certification as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) from the New Hampshire Board of Accountancy in 2012.
