Catherine Rix Fcipd

Catherine Rix FCIPD has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as Head of HR Shared Services for Culligan UK and Ireland since April 2021, and as Interim HR Project Manager at Zip Water UK since September 2020. Previously, Catherine held the position of HR Director at Bertram Group, where responsibilities included acting HR Director and serving as Senior HR Business Partner. Additional roles include Head of Human Resources at VoiceAbility, HR Business Partner at Care Aspirations, and Human Resource Manager at Cawston Park Ltd, where key achievements involved leading HR transformations and managing successful staff redeployments. Catherine holds a degree and a Post Graduate Diploma from the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development obtained from Norwich City College.
