Ameet Shah

Ameet Shah has extensive experience in customs compliance and global trade operations, currently serving as the Director of Global Customs Compliance at Culp Inc. since October 2004. Prior to this role, Ameet worked as an Export Compliance Coordinator at Gilbarco Veeder Root from June 1997 to October 2004, where responsibilities included ensuring compliance with customs and export regulations as well as managing ITAR, OFAC, and export licensing. Ameet began their career as a Purchase Administrator at Steelcraft Enterprise from February 1992 to July 1994, focusing on sourcing quality products at competitive prices. Educational qualifications include an MBA in International Business from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro, a Bachelor of Laws (LLB), and a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom), both obtained from the University of Mumbai.
