Wandréa da Hora has a diverse range of work experience in various roles and companies. Wandréa started their career as a Praticante at Prodepa in 2001. Wandréa then worked as an Analyst of Processes at Synopsis S.A., where they were responsible for analyzing and identifying opportunities for process optimization.

In 2004, Wandréa joined the Secretaria do Estado da Fazenda do Pará - SEFA as a Functional Analyst/Processes, and they stayed with the company until 2007. During their time there, they contributed to improving the services of document processing in the provinces.

From 2007 to 2008, Wandréa worked as the Director of the Development Area - IT at Casa Civil - Governo do Estado, where they managed the government flow of the state, developed projects, and proposed and implemented improvements to the main workflow.

In 2009, they joined Avantica as a Project Management Specialist - PMO/COE, responsible for managing information, policies, templates, and documentation for projects. Wandréa then became the Director of Agile Projects at Avantica, coordinating the development and operational teams to ensure client satisfaction and managing project planning and administration.

Wandréa joined Keyrus Spain in 2018 as a Keyrus Digital Project Manager, handling projects in Brazil, Peru, and the USA. Wandréa then moved to Solera Mobile, where they served as the CTO - Manager of Technology and Operations. In this role, they supervised agile teams, defined work strategies, managed key accounts, and directed and supervised the strategic and operational plan of the IT Department.

Currently, Wandréa works at Culqi as the Head of Agility. Wandréa'sresponsibilities include promoting strategies and actions to improve team efficiency, productivity, and quality of work. Wandréa also focuses on fostering an agile culture and developing the required agile competencies within the team.

Throughout their career, Wandréa has consistently demonstrated their ability to lead teams, manage projects, and optimize processes to drive organizational success.

Wandréa da Hora began their education in 2000 at the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro, where they pursued an Engineer's degree. Wandréa completed their studies in 2005. In the same year, they also obtained a Sistema de Información degree from IESAM. From 2007 to 2009, Wandréa pursued further education at the Universidade Federal do Pará, where they obtained a Master of Engineering degree. Currently, Wandréa is pursuing a Master of Engineering degree at the Stanford University Graduate School of Business, which they are expected to complete in 2023.

In terms of certifications, Wandréa became an Agile Coach in August 2022, obtaining the certification from Ágili Software Brasil. Wandréa also obtained a Certified Scrum Master certification from Agile Scrum Alliance™ in September 2017.
