Kristina Schmelter

Kristina Schmelter is a seasoned professional currently serving as a Principal at Cultivation Capital since September 2023. Previously, Kristina held various roles at SteadyMD from February 2020 to August 2023, including Product Manager, Medical Operations Manager, Medical Operations Lead, and Medical Operations Intern. Additionally, Kristina was a 2020 Venture For America Fellow from August 2020 to August 2022, engaging in a program designed for recent graduates to build businesses while generating meaningful impact. Earlier experience includes a Project Intern role at Start Right Foods and internships at Matter Family Office and NISA Investment Advisors, LLC. Kristina earned a Bachelor's degree in Finance and Entrepreneurship with a Minor in Spanish from Washington University in St. Louis (2016-2019) and graduated from Cor Jesu Academy in 2016.
