Paul Weber

Paul is a Venture Partner at Cultivation Capital with 25 plus years of experience in the enterprise software (SaaS) industry. Paul’s most recent experience was as Chief Business Officer and SVP of Sales, NA at Interactive Intelligence, Inc. that went public in 1999 and was recently acquired by Genesys for $1.4B. Interactive was a global provider of business communications software in the Unified Communications/Contact Center space. Joining Interactive in 1997, Paul was part of the original team that set the go-to-market strategy while scaling the direct and channel salesforce to $400m in revenue and over 2,000 employees.

Prior to joining Interactive, Paul spent five years with Software Artistry Inc. selling within the early-stage HelpDesk (CRM) industry. He worked from the startup phase of the business through the IPO, leaving just prior to the time the company was sold to IBM.

Paul currently serves as a Board Member and/or Advisor to several early-stage private (Cloud) companies including Jane.AI (Artificial Intelligence), MindTouch (Intelligent Content Management), Sharpen CX (Contact Center), and Inference Solutions, Inc. (Virtual Agent/AI).
