Dan Phillips

Dan Phillips is a Managing Director of Cultivian Sandbox and Sandbox Industries. Dan helped to build Healthbox, an accelerator program founded by Sandbox Industries that supports innovative, seed stage healthcare startups. Prior to joining Sandbox, Dan spent several years in healthcare consulting, most recently as a senior consultant with The Camden Group, where he specialized in hospital strategic planning and service line development. Dan started his career at Sg2, a healthcare consulting and thought leadership firm, where he worked with health systems in the UK, Canada, and Southeast Asia.

Dan represents Cultivian Sandbox on the board of directors of Culture Biosciences, Full Harvest, Geltor, HarvestPort, Phylagen. Dan earned his Bachelor of Science degree at the University of Michigan, where he majored in biology.
