Kaustubh Hanmantgad, known as Kau, is an accomplished leader with extensive experience in operations, strategy, and business development. Currently serving as the Founding Member and COO of IndusDC, Kau is also an Advisor at Cultos Global and the Founder of Kindling. Previous roles include Board Member at U&I Trust and Chief Executive Officer at Breakthrough, where Kau successfully advised leadership across various sectors and transformed operational efficiency. With a strong foundation in international operations and project management from roles at Global Unites and Zag Consultants, Kau has demonstrated expertise in scaling organizations, driving growth, and implementing data-driven strategies. Educationally, Kau holds a BA in Pre Law from Bangalore University.
