Roland Staiger

Roland Staiger began their work experience at Cultura Technologies in 2019 as a Controller DACH. Prior to this, they worked at Vion Food Group as a Manager Business Controlling from 2017 to 2019. From 2014 to 2017, they held the position of Leiter Werkscontrolling at Lear Corporation, where they were responsible for leading the JIT-Werk der Autositzproduktion as well as the development center of the GM Division. Roland had a team of 2 employees and had authority over a Shared Service Center (Accounting). Their main tasks included financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cost analysis, and implementing SOX guidelines.

Roland Staiger attended Rosenheim Technical University of Applied Sciences from 1996 to 2002. During this time, they pursued a degree in Betriebswirtschaft and successfully completed the program, earning a Diplom-Betriebswirt (FH) degree.
