Luba Shvayko

Luba Shvayko is an experienced researcher and global executive intercultural business consultant and coach with a focus on promoting cultural awareness and effective communication in diverse environments. Currently serving as a Researcher at Penn Arts & Sciences at the University of Pennsylvania since 2018, Luba also holds consulting roles at Learnlight, SIRVA Global Relocation, Cultural Awareness International, Inc., and Cartus, all since 2010. In addition, Luba co-founded and serves as the Managing Director of the European Academy since 2001, and previously worked as a Visitor-Scholar at Penn Arts & Sciences from 1999 to 2002. Luba's academic credentials include a Visitor-Scholar degree from the University of Pennsylvania and a Professor and Researcher degree from Ivan Franko National University of Lviv.
