Mary Beth Lamb

Mary Beth Lamb is an experienced consultant specializing in international communications, intercultural management, and global teaming. Since 2003, Mary Beth has served as an independent consultant and has held various roles at ECCO International, Wilson Learning Worldwide, Lift Salesforce Consulting, The Prouty Project, Cultural Awareness International, and Athena Group Intl. Mary Beth also contributes to academia as an adjunct faculty member at St. Catherine University, the University of Minnesota Carlson School of Business, and Wake Forest University, focusing on global leadership and diversity. Mary Beth's educational background includes a post-graduate degree in International Relations and Political Science from The University of Freiburg and a B.A. with Honors in International Communications from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
