Gabriela Conde is an operations manager at Cultural Homestay International since April 2004, where responsibilities include processing applications for the Internship Training Program, maintaining applicant files in compliance with Department of State regulations, and managing communication between national AYP field staff and foreign partner agencies. Prior experience includes roles as a marketing and sales recruiter at JHS industrias, an intern in the Psychology Department at Subgerencia de Bienestar Social – Municipalidad de Lima, an ESL instructor at Holly Trinity School, and a WAT assistant at INTEJ. Gabriela holds an Associate’s Degree in Human Resources Management from Universidad Ricardo Palma and a Bachelor’s Degree in Clinical Psychology from Universidad Nacional Mayor de San Marcos.
