Andrej Juriga

Andrej Juriga is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in human resources and intercultural communication. Currently serving as a Masterfacilitator of Cultural Intelligence and Unconscious Bias at the Cultural Intelligence Center, Andrej facilitates certification programs aimed at equipping corporate trainers and HR professionals with crucial skills. As the Founder and Managing Director of Cultural Bridge since 2015, Andrej has developed a training company focused on enhancing cultural awareness. Previous roles include Senior HR Partner and HR Operations Manager at IBM, where responsibilities included overseeing HR operations, compliance, and performance management, and various HR generalist positions at Dell, providing support to hundreds of employees while driving employee engagement and talent development. Andrej holds a Master's degree in Spanish and German Studies from Constantine the Philosopher University, complemented by studies in Vienna and Granada.
