Luisel Ruiz

Luisel Ruiz is a professor at Universidad Iberoamericana, Ciudad de México, teaching courses in Sustainable Fashion and Textile Design Bachelor Degree, as well as Strategic Design and Innovation Master Degree. In addition to their academic role, Luisel is the Co-Founder & Managing Partner of Luisel&Dugelby, an Intercultural Creative & Consultant start-up. Luisel is also an Advanced CQ Facilitator at the Cultural Intelligence Center, specializing in enabling individuals and organizations to work effectively across cultures. With a strong background in marketing, account management, and design, Luisel has held managerial positions at Lambie-Nairn, Wunderman / Young & Rubicam Brands México, and Suburbia (Wal-Mart México). Luisel holds a Master in Business Administration, certifications in Cultural Intelligence, Management Development, and Design, and a Bachelor´s Degree in Graphic Design.
