Dan Fraser

Dan Fraser is an experienced technology leader currently serving as GM AI & Data at Employment Hero since December 2023. Previously, Dan held the title of GM Data Applications Engineering at Xero from October 2020 to August 2023, where leadership included overseeing the business Insights group and Machine Learning Engineering capability within a 120-person Data Group. As the Global Head of Engineering for Product at Gentrack Ltd from January 2017 to October 2020, Dan managed over 90 cross-functional team members across multiple locations, focusing on enhancing continuous integration and cloud technologies. Dan's earlier roles include Development Manager for Professional Services at Fiserv Auckland and Software Development Manager at HealthLink, contributing to high-quality project deliveries and leading research and development efforts. Dan began a career in scientific software consulting at Tessella and completed a Doctoral degree in Physics at The University of Waikato, where multiple advanced degrees in Physics and Computer Science were also earned.
