Ginny Fry has extensive experience in human resources and people operations, currently serving as Compensation & Benefits Lead and previously in various leadership roles at Culture Amp since February 2017. Prior experience includes working as a Recruitment Advisor at Early Childhood Management Services and as Human Resources Coordinator at Aesop, where Ginny supported HR initiatives including recruitment and employee relations. Earlier positions in retail management at lululemon athletica, as Chief Stewardess in the super yachting industry, and as Human Resources Support Officer at the City of Melbourne contributed to a well-rounded skill set in team management and operational support. Ginny holds a Bachelor of Business in Human Resource Management from RMIT University and was School Captain at Ballarat Grammar.
