Hailey Best

Hailey Best currently holds the position of Lead Enterprise Account Executive at Culture Amp since May 2022. Previously, Hailey served as a Senior Account Manager at Prometheus Group from October 2021 to April 2022 and held various roles at IST Management, including National Account Executive and Account Executive, from March 2020 to November 2021. Additionally, Hailey worked as a Spokesperson for Rug and Home from March 2012 to November 2021, where collaboration with the marketing team led to successful branding and promotional media production. Experience also includes serving as a Pharmacy Sales Specialist at Northside Pharmacy/Global Compounding Pharmacy from October 2014 to December 2016, focusing on developing relationships with physicians. Notably, Hailey was crowned Miss North Carolina in 2011 and acted as an ambassador for the Miss America Organization. Hailey holds a Bachelor's degree in Leadership from the University of Mount Olive and received education at the University of North Carolina School of the Arts.
