Kirsten Kaye

Kirsten Kaye is a Senior Product Designer at Culture Amp since October 2023, with prior experience as a Senior Product Designer at T-shirt Ventures from July 2021 to November 2023, where the mission focused on transforming the lives of disadvantaged Australians. Kirsten also serves as a Design Mentor at adplist.org since November 2021. Through roles at Deputy from February 2017 to July 2021, responsibilities included creating user-friendly experiences and participating in the end-to-end development cycle. Previous positions include Digital Designer, Web Designer, and various internships in graphic design. Kirsten earned a Bachelor of Graphic Design from Raffles College of Design and Commerce, following a Certificate III in Design Fundamentals from TAFE NSW.
