Pip Lyons

Pip Lyons is a skilled professional with extensive experience in employee engagement, organizational development, and talent management. Currently serving as a Senior People Scientist at Culture Amp since October 2019, Pip focuses on enhancing employee feedback and engagement across a global network of over 2,500 companies. Prior roles include Employee Experience Location and Programme Lead and Global Talent and Organisational Development Lead Specialist at Verisk, where Pip drove cultural change initiatives and managed learning and performance programs. Additional experience includes working as a Talent Business Partner at Wood Mackenzie, overseeing professional capability development, and various roles at National Australia Bank involving risk management and operational support. Pip holds a Bachelor of Arts and a Bachelor of Science from Monash University and completed the Victorian Certificate of Education at Presbyterian Ladies' College.
