Sanjay Modi is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in account management and recruitment across various sectors. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Account Management for Mid-Market and Enterprise at Culture Amp since September 2017, Sanjay leads a team focused on driving sales growth and customer retention in the APAC region. Previous roles at Culture Amp include Director of Account Management and Manager of Account Management, where Sanjay fostered customer value and developed strategic business initiatives. Prior to Culture Amp, Sanjay held managerial positions in recruitment at TwoScots Recruitment and Hamilton James & Bruce, and built a strong foundation in finance recruitment at Hays and Macildowie Recruitment. Sanjay earned a BA (Hons) in Business Studies from Solent University.
