Matt Harrison

Matt Harrison is a seasoned legal professional currently serving as General Counsel for Episode 1 Ventures and CultureAI since December 2023. Additionally, Matt holds the position of Senior Consultant at Ignition Law. Prior to these roles, Matt was General Counsel at Conviction VC from March 2022 to January 2024. Matt's extensive experience includes senior positions at Taylor Wessing as Senior Counsel focusing on Private Equity and Corporate Technology, Fried Frank as a Corporate and IP lawyer, and Morrison & Foerster LLP as Of Counsel. Earlier in Matt's career, counsel roles were held at O'Melveny & Myers LLP, and a managerial position was held at Accenture. Matt began the legal career as a Senior Associate at Herbert Smith.
