Dorie Isaacson

Dorie Isaacson is the current Principal Recruiter at CultureFit. Dorie has over ten years of experience in recruiting, human resources, and management.

Dorie started their career in 2001 as the Founder and President of Hugs From Sammy, a 501(c)(3) Charitable Foundation. In this role, they were responsible for all aspects of the organization, from fundraising to event planning.

In 2006, Dorie took on the role of Director of Recruiting at Cold Transport Logistics Co. In this role, they oversaw a team of recruiters and was responsible for increasing the company fleet by over 200%. Dorie also established and maintained government compliance for the company's pool / fleet of owner-operators.

In 2008, Dorie became the owner of three tractor-trailers (18 wheel semi-trucks). Dorie hired drivers and diligently maintained trucks. Dorie researched a variety of national logistic companies and negotiated contracts for trucking services, including flatbed, refrigerated, and dry-bed shipping. Dorie also brokered national freight loads to ensure the most profitable ROI and most efficient use of each truck.

Dorie has been with CultureFit since 2010 and has been instrumental in growing the company's recruiting department. In their current role as Principal Recruiter, they are responsible for all aspects of recruiting, from sourcing to placement.

Dorie Isaacson earned a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign in Education. Dorie also holds a bachelor's degree in Elementary Education and Teaching from the University of Iowa.
