Mouriya Sakthivel

Mouriya Sakthivel has a strong background in technical support and account management. Starting from 2019, they worked at Concentrix as a Technical Support Engineer, where they gained expertise in various Symantec products, including networking, product configuration, security measures, and types of attacks in email and host. They also had experience setting up DNS with all TXT and MX records. In 2021, they joined Zoho as a Senior Technical Support Engineer and later transitioned to the role of Technical Support Engineer. During their time at Zoho, they provided technical assistance and support to customers. Currently, in 2023, Mouriya is employed as a Technical Account Manager at CultureMonkey.

Mouriya Sakthivel obtained their High School Diploma in 2013 from A.K.T Matriculation Higher Secondary School, with a focus on 12th grade studies. Mouriya subsequently attended Idhaya Engineering College for Women from 2013 to 2017, where they earned their B.Tech degree in Information Technology.
