Cobi Himmelfarb

Cobi Himmelfarb is a seasoned business owner and partner in the restaurant industry, with significant experience at Culver's Restaurants and Culvers of Hoffman Estates since 2014. Responsibilities include overseeing human resource objectives, achieving operational targets, strategic planning, and implementing quality and customer service standards. Cobi has also contributed to marketing as a studio assistant at Centerpoint Marketing and gained event coordination experience as an event producer assistant at Great Events. Cobi holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Photography from Northern Illinois University, obtained in 2011, and completed a GED at Stevenson High School in 2006.
