Sarah Ruhlman

Sarah Ruhlman is an experienced professional with a diverse background in emergency dispatch, military service, and social media management. Currently serving as a Police Dispatcher for the Pennsylvania Game Commission since October 2021, Ruhlman previously held the position of Emergency Dispatcher for Cumberland County, PA, since May 2018. Ruhlman also has extensive experience with the U.S. Coast Guard as a Boatswains Mate First Class, contributing as a Small Boat Coxswain and Tactical Boat crew member. Additionally, Ruhlman has worked in social media and packaging management at Gunpowder Falls Brewing, provided veterans' services at the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, and held positions in food manufacturing and service. A graduate of Pennsylvania College of Technology with a Bachelor of Science in Web and Interactive Media, Ruhlman is certified in emergency medical dispatch and CPR/First Aid.
