Cee Swakamisa currently serves as a Fellow at both The RSA and Cumberland Lodge, and is a PhD student at the University of Leeds. Previous experience includes a role as a Legal Services Support Officer at West Yorkshire Combined Authority and as a Paralegal at Clifford Chance. Cee has also worked as an Applicant Support Advisor at Northumbria University, focusing on student support and satisfaction, and completed an internship at Action Foundation UK, which aids migrants in overcoming social exclusion. Additional early experiences include work placements at Kingsley Napley and Hodge Jones & Allen LLP, as well as participation in the Government Legal Department's Diversity Summer Scheme. Cee holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Philosophy and Religious Studies from the University of Leeds and an MLaw Exempting degree in Law from Northumbria University. Educational qualifications also include A-Levels in Law, Biology, and Physical Education, along with 11 GCSEs.
