Terica Medwinter

Terica Medwinter is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in various HR roles at Cumberland Packing Corp since September 2018, currently serving as a Senior Human Resources Specialist. Prior to this, Terica gained valuable experience at the University of Bridgeport from December 2013 to July 2018, holding positions such as Graduate Intern and Graduate Assistant, where responsibilities included supporting hiring processes and managing student employment activities. Terica also completed internships at Walgreens and LifeBridge Community Services, further developing skills in community management and human resources. Terica holds a Master of Business Administration in Human Resources and a Bachelor of Arts in Social Sciences from the University of Bridgeport.
