Beverly Gard

Beverly Gard, DME, currently serves as the Senior Registrar at The Music Settlement since April 2023 and is an Oboe Instructor at Cumberland Valley School of Music since September 2020. Previous experience includes roles as a Preschool Teacher at The Goddard School, a Ministry Intern at The United Church of Marco Island, Inc., and a Music Teacher at Centre Learning Community Charter School. Beverly has taught Pre-K music and assisted as a Teacher Assistant at Grace Lutheran Preschool and Kindergarten, and also worked as a Retreat and Registration Coordinator at Krislund Camp and Conference Center. Early career contributions were made as a Special Education Administrative Assistant at Emerald Charter Schools and as a Traveling Day Camp Leader at Krislund Camp and Retreat Center. Educational qualifications encompass a Doctorate in Music Teacher Education from Liberty University, a Professional Certificate in Music Performance (Oboe) from Penn State University, and a Master's of Music in Music Teacher Education from Anderson University, among other degrees and certifications in music and ministry.
